Our Beliefs

- Salvation is by God's wonderful grace alone

- The Bible is the inspired word of God

- There is only one God

- Jesus Christ was the Son of God, begotten of Mary, not physically existing before His birth

- Jesus never sinned, although He was tempted just as we are; He is therefore not only our example but our Saviour

- Although death is unconsciousness, Jesus will return and resurrect the dead, giving eternal life to His people

- At Christ's return, the Kingdom of God will be established on earth

- We should be baptized into Jesus by full immersion

- We are to try to live "in Christ", confident of salvation, confessing our sins, joyfully awaiting the return of Jesus

- We are free in Christ, free from all systems and manipulations of men, being answerable only to the Father and His Son. We are therefore not obligated to tithe, don't fear "hell" as a place of fire (it refers simply to the grave), don't fear Satan as a personal Angelic being (the word means simply 'adversary' and instead we struggle against our human temptations rather than any external being).
